There are a lot of weight-loss trends and tools out there, and believe me when I say that I have tried them all. I’ve tried weight loss with support groups, I’ve tried shakes and supplements, I’ve tried crash diets, and what I found is that they don’t work long term–for the most part. They all do work. In fact, some work surprisingly well and shockingly fast. However, when it comes to losing weight and keeping the weight off, it is harder to find something that will stick. This has absolutely been my experience while using BionicGym. Of course, I want to have a cookie every once in a while, but if I work out early in the morning before I reach for the sugary cereal, then I will automatically crave something protein-rich after the workout is over. Typically in the morning, I want something sweet like pancakes or cereal or toast slathered with butter and jam. It makes me feel in control, happy, and healthy.
Another way that BionicGym helped me lose weight is that it fell into my life seamlessly. I have a friend who likes to kickbox as her main form of exercise, but the only kickboxing class near her is at 5 am. So guess how many times a week she actually goes compared to how many times she SAYS she’s going to go? It’s not many. It can be difficult to rely on other people or businesses for your exercise.
