A majority of people would like to be a little lighter. They wish that they had at least a few pounds less to carry around than what they currently do. And when do they want to lose this weight by? Yesterday. It is really difficult to be patient with your weight loss journey when it affects so many things around you. Are you unable to play with your kids? Do you have to pause halfway through a flight of steps? Are your joints starting to give out? Or do you have a medical condition that is worsened by being overweight? There are countless reasons to lose weight and countless ways to do it. So here is how to lose weight fast with BionicGym.
Set Up A Schedule
If you want to be successful in any new habit, you have to have a plan. Do you know why schools talk about drugs to children from a young age? So that they know what to do when someone offers drugs to them. You should approach your weight loss journey in the same way. Make a schedule and anticipate challenges before they come so you know how to deal with them.
Make It Visual
Do you like to make lists? I do. I find it very therapeutic to write down all the things I have swirling in my head and know that I don’t have to remember each tiny detail. I also LOVE to cross things off a list. I feel so accomplished. This is incredibly important if you are someone who works from home and it is hard to see the things you accomplished in a day.
When you make a schedule for BionicGym, make it visual. If it’s hidden on your phone, it probably won’t give you the same feeling of satisfaction as it would if you cross it off each day. Even if it’s just a scrap piece of paper, put it somewhere you will see every day. It will remind you to stick to your schedule as well as motivate you when you see your progress.
When Should You Do It?
Are you not a morning person? Well, maybe you shouldn’t try and tackle waking up early at the same time that you are trying to start a BionicGym routine. Try one thing at a time. Allow yourself to do your BionicGym exercise at night or in the afternoon rather than in the morning when it makes more sense. Once you get used to doing BionicGym every day, then you can try to wake up earlier to do it.
Another challenge might be that you feel burned out quickly and you just don’t want to do the exercise. In this case, write down all the reasons why you need to lose weight. Try to focus on how you feel rather than how you look. If you are healthier when you use BionicGym and you feel lighter and more energized after, then those are important things to remind yourself of when you want to quit!
Add Strength Training
If you really want to expedite your weight loss, then adding extra exercise is a great way to do it. You can always increase the time you spend doing BionicGym or you can move up some levels if you’re up to it. However, it is nice to get a mix of different exercises to make it interesting. There isn’t a perfect formula for how often to add strength training into your life and a lot of it just comes with trial and error. If you are looking to really expedite your weight loss, then you could start out a little slow with the strength training, maybe about twice a week, and then work yourself up an extra day each week after that. If it feels good, then continue with that or even increase the weights that you lift or how many reps you do.
Just remember that bulk comes with lifting heavy weights for fewer reps and tone comes from lifting smaller weights at a high rep. If you’re nervous about bulking up, don’t be. It takes a lot of effort to add bulk to your frame, so if you notice your muscles getting bigger than you want, just ease up. It’s not like they are going to explode with growth overnight.
Drink Lots of Water
I explain this in several of my blog posts, like “Is BionicGym Legit?” but weight loss happens in a fairly simple way. When your muscles are being used, like when BionicGym tells them to shiver, your heart rate will go up. This is because the muscles are contracting and they need oxygen to help them with this process. As a result, your breath will start to become heavier and you will sweat.
But how do you actually lose calories?
You actually lose calories in a few different ways, when your body uses the fat stored in your body to use energy that you’ve been saving up, the end result is the bi-products that ultimately expel your calories. These bi-products are expelled in your breath, sweat, and pee.
So if you are dehydrated, you’re not going to be able to sweat or pee as much and your body isn’t going to be able to expel the waste as efficiently. So if you want the calories to really move through you, then you better up your water game and drink a healthy amount.
Another way that drinking water can help you lose weight is if you drink it at strategic times. If you drink a tall glass of water before every meal, you won’t feel as hungry while you are eating and you will likely eat less. This is very important for people who don’t seem to ever feel satiated. (I’m over here raising my hand). It is hard to stop at a good-sized portion when you want to keep eating. But if you fill up on water, then you will come away from each meal feeling full and satisfied.
Water is comely free of calories, so it is the perfect drink. If you drink soda or milk, your thirst won’t be quenched and you will be adding quite a few calories to your meal.
What If You Don’t Like Water?
I love, love, love, water so it is hard for me to understand when other people don’t like it, but I know there are a lot of you out there! It is so important to make sure that you don’t drink your calories. People tend to drink sugary drinks and not even calculate them into their daily intake. But these sugary drinks add up! And soda does not quince your thirst at all, so you end up drinking more and more without ever feeling satisfied.
If you don’t love the taste of water, by all means, use the packets of flavoring or infuse it with fruit. Just make sure that you read the nutritional facts for these products first and know just how many calories you’ll be adding when you drink them. But these are much better for you than drinking soda.
Eat Healthy Foods
Of course, if you eat a lot of junk food, you won’t see results quite as quickly as if you are watching what you eat. And by this, I don’t mean you should starve yourself. One of the reasons I love BionicGym is that it really is an exercise tool, not a typical weight loss “product”. So the company isn’t trying to sell you shakes that you HAVE to drink every day to follow the program. If you have the same amount of calories as some kind of candy, you will likely not feel full and you will crave more almost instantly. Snacks can work the same.

- Greek yogurt
- Rice and beans
Another food group that I would concentrate on is fiber. Fiber helps you move your waste through your body. It fills you up quickly and it will clean you out as well, which is incredibly healthy for your gut. You will likely not have stomach aches or pains if you increase your amount of fiber. Though, if you increase it too quickly, you might have quite a bit of gas until your body adjusts.
Here are some great fiber options:
- Dried fruit
- Brown rice
- Steel-cut oats
- Leafy Greens
Overall, BionicGym is not a lose-weight-quick weight loss scam. There are many companies trying to get you to buy their magic pills, but these options are not sustainable. BionicGym is about losing weight the traditional way through burning calories with exercise. The exercise looks a little different. You can do it from home–you can do it laying down, even. But just because you do it laying down doesn’t mean that it’s easy. You will still work your muscles, you will still breathe heavily, and your heart rate will increase. You will likely be sore afterward. It is a convenient way of exercising and it is so simple that you cannot mess it up. The best way to lose weight fast with BionicGym is to use it regularly and try to improve your eating habits as well.
